Highlands is seeking a Server to join our senior living community. The server will work in the dining room, serving meals and supporting meal service for residents. Full-time and part-time schedules are available with no late nights, and daily pay options may be offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room and assist with meal service.
• Take orders and deliver food to residents in a courteous manner.
• Set up dining rooms, assist cooks, and clear tables as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper food handling.
• Work with team to ensure smooth dining operations for residents.
