Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. seeks a Server to provide dining room service for residents in a supportive, family-like atmosphere. The Server will prepare foods per dietary standards and assist with dining operations in a rotating 7:00am–7:00pm schedule.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and the ability to communicate in English. A background check and drug screening are mandatory, with opportunities for daily pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in the dining room for senior residents.
• Assist in set-ups and dining room service.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages.
• Bus tables and keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Follow dietary standards and infections control procedures.
• Work with team to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
