Cypress Village in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated Security/Resident Support Associate. A D Class License and CPR/First Aid are required, with weekend flexibility and both full-time and part-time shifts available.

You will respond to the emergency response system, perform rounds, maintain logs, and assist with community events while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff at Cypress Village.

Qualifications

• D Class License Required
• CPR/First Aid required; it is okay if need to be renewed
• Must have weekend flexibility

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergency system per SOPs (door unlock log, e-call log, doctor run sheets).
• Perform scheduled rounds inside and outside to maintain security.
• Maintain timely reports and logs (incident reports, safety inspections, service requests, emergency call logs, doctor run sheets).
• Immediately notify appropriate personnel of emergencies (Executive Director, Administrator, Department Heads, Supervisor, Health Center Charge Nurse).
• Assist management with marketing events, traffic direction, guest check-in, parking, and security as needed.
