PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons within partnered Senior Living Communities. This part-time role is 4 days a week, 6-7 hours daily, not to exceed 30 hours.

The position offers a 52% commission rate, potential bonus plan, and access to supplemental insurance. Strong leadership and flexibility are essential to align with business needs and to provide outstanding service.

Formación

• Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience navigating an iPad/Point of Sales System.
• Experience in a caregiving environment preferred.
