Job summary

PS Salon and Spa seeks an experienced Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with management experience to oversee multiple salons within partnered Senior Living Communities. The role is part-time, with 6-7 hours daily and up to 30 hours per week, focusing on leadership, service quality, and team development.

The candidate must hold an active cosmetology license, be flexible with scheduling, and readily collaborate with field leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• Must have an active cosmetology license in the state where salons operate.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with field leadership.
• Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Navigate electronic devices such as an iPad or POS device.
• Other duties as assigned per business needs.
• Experience in a caregiving environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager within partnered Senior Living Communities.
• Lead and support salon teams to achieve production and service goals.
• Coordinate with field leadership and schedule coverage as needed.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and compliance with company policies.
