Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Associate to promote the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyze business metrics to guide next steps in the sales and marketing process. You will engage in daily phone sales, in-person meetings, and group sessions to grow revenue and influence outcomes.

The role emphasizes building relationships, long sales cycles, and strong technology proficiency to manage CRM data and communications with prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) strongly desired.
• Proven technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, and events.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation.
• Conduct extensive follow-up, follow-through activities, and retention programs.
• Conduct phone sales to increase appointments with prospective residents.
• Manage the CRM database information and reports.
