Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Sales Associate to market the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyze metrics to guide next steps in sales and marketing. The role combines independent work with teamwork to drive revenue and residency engagement.

Responsibilities include daily phone sales, in-person meetings, event outreach, and building relationships with prospects while coordinating with community departments for a smooth sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in a long sales cycle (12-18 months) strongly desired.
• Proven technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, and events.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that generate revenue.
• Conduct extensive follow-up and retention programs.
• Manage CRM data and reports to ensure data integrity.
• Lead pre- and post-reservation sales processes.
• Assist in community activities to strengthen internal partnerships.
• Produce professional written communications for prospects and partners.
• Order and stock supplies/collateral; confirm daily appointments.
• Greet sales guests and maintain the daily sales calendar.
