Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Sales and Marketing team in Charlestown. You will market the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyze business metrics to guide next steps in the sales process.

You will engage prospects through daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings and group sessions, building relationships that drive revenue while using CRM data for follow-up and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous experience with a long sales cycle (12–18 months) strongly desired.
• Proven technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities including daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics and talking points.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that generate revenue.
