Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a Sales Director for our senior living communities. You will lead occupancy and revenue goals, manage the sales funnel in Salesforce, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires proven sales leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to close deals while serving seniors with empathy. Travel may be required; on-site at communities in Minnesota region.

Responsibilities

• Manage occupancy and revenue goals for the community.
• Use Salesforce to manage the sales funnel and move-in metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing/FTC requirements.
• Develop referral sources and expand opportunities.
• Make daily outbound calls to schedule visits and tours.
• Oversee on-site leasing during construction phases.
• Provide tours of models or apartments to prospects.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and resident events.
• Serve as a resource for residents, caregivers, and staff.
• Promote the organization and uphold standards of excellence.
• Coordinate occupancy and reporting; prepare relative reports.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends as needed.
