Job summary

Wesley Woods Senior Living in Augusta, GA seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to plan, manage and execute the sales and marketing activities for a senior living community. You will drive lead generation, build relationships with prospective residents and families, and guide them through residency and move‑in processes to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field.
• Five or more years of related experience; experience selling senior housing, retirement or health care services preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and experience with CRMs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to make sales and marketing presentations to a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy and sales goals, including outbound calls, appointments, and follow-up.
• Meet with prospective residents and families through appointments, walk-in visits, and tours.
• Identify needs and present appropriate residency options.
• Maintain follow-up and guide prospective residents toward a residency commitment.
• Complete required application, contract, and lease procedures accurately and promptly.
• Maintain the Priority Wait List and ongoing communication with prospective residents.
