Riverview Retirement Community is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate in Spokane to help prospective residents understand the lifestyle, services, and amenities offered. You will build relationships, respond to inquiries, conduct campus tours, and support outreach efforts to grow awareness and occupancy.

The position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional aiming to develop skills in sales, marketing, and relationship management with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or early-career professional seeking a career in sales/marketing.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or community involvement is a plus; professional sales experience is not required.
• Strong verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, professional presence and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with prospective residents, families, and community partners.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective residents, and guide individuals through the sales process.
• Conduct engaging tours of the Riverview campus, highlighting living options, services, programs, and amenities.
• Identify resident needs and connect them with appropriate living options.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, contacts, tours, and follow-up activities in the sales tracking system.
• Partner with the sales team to support occupancy goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with developing outreach strategies to increase awareness of Riverview Retirement Community.
• Represent Riverview at community events, networking opportunities, and off-site activities.
