Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Community Sales Associate to build a strong sales pipeline, connect with referral sources, and plan marketing events. You will personally visit prospective residents and families to showcase the community.

You will coordinate move-in processes and assist the Community Sales Directors with data entry, marketing collateral, and scheduling. This role requires customer-focused communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting a sales team or similar professional experience.
• You connect quickly with people and have strong sales skills.
• You have advanced skills in MS Office products.
• No matter how busy you are, you are organized and can multi-task.
• Your communication and customer service skills are top notch!

Responsabilités

• Help cultivate a strong pipeline of sales leads and assist with lead base management.
• Use your sales and marketing skills to connect with referral sources and help plan creative marketing events.
• Proudly tour perspective residents and their family.
• Coordinate the move-in process for new residents.
• Provide support to the Community Sales Directors in terms of data entry, maintaining a supply of marketing collateral, and scheduling appointments.
