Brookdale Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Manager for Memory Care (Finance) to guide families through the sales journey from interest to move-in, collaborating with local professionals and volunteers to generate referrals, and partnering with leadership to execute plans that meet revenue and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Guide for families and older adults - you'll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Team player - you'll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses.
• Partner - you'll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
