The Avalon of Commerce Township is seeking a high-performing Senior Living Sales Expert to lead occupancy growth. You will own the entire sales funnel, from inquiries to move-ins, with autonomy over strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Senior Living Sales expert with 5+ years in sales or comparable senior living experience.
• Closer with emotional intelligence and ability to navigate family dynamics.
• Data-driven, CRM-obsessed with metrics to fix leaks fast.
• Hospitality-focused, embodying Avalon culture of customer service and resident-first care.

Responsibilities

• Own every stage of the sales cycle: manage inquiries, cold calls, tours, follow-ups, and move-ins.
• Speed-to-lead: respond immediately to inquiries and keep the funnel moving.
• Build a referral network with discharge planners, attorneys, financial advisors, physicians and other sources.
• Lead tours, community events, and closing events to secure deposits on the spot.
• Relentlessly track and optimize the funnel: inquiries, tours, follow-ups, move-ins, and outreach in CRM.
