Paramount Senior Living is seeking a senior living sales manager to drive occupancy growth through lead generation, relationships, tours, and move-in conversions. You will guide families through the decision process and aim to build confidence in choosing our community.

You will serve as the primary contact for prospects, managing leads and follow-ups, and collaborating with healthcare partners to meet occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, or admissions experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage qualified leads.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families.
• Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales process.
• Overcome objections and address concerns related to senior living options.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled tours and move-ins.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records.
• Support community occupancy goals through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a smooth resident transition.
