You will lead the sales team, cultivate relationships with prospective residents and families, and oversee marketing initiatives across brochures, ads, website content, and social media.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate with executives on pricing and promotions, and coordinate events to raise community awareness while ensuring a smooth transition

Qualifications
