Job summary

Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Sales Director for The Terrace at Brushy Creek in Cedar Park, TX. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies during the grand opening, targeting high occupancy through direct resident and family outreach and professional referrals.

You'll manage the community’s CRM, plan events, and partner with ownership to shape the marketing approach, while building a strong sales team and brand presence in the local market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sale experience; senior living sales a plus.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills for a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility marketing and sales activities, including events, tours, follow-ups, and direct sales.
• Grow social media presence with high-quality visuals and engaging stories at least three times weekly.
• Build digital reputation with positive online reviews from residents’ families and partners.
• Develop annual Marketing Action Plan and monitor metrics to maximize census.
