Job summary

Discovery Senior Living in Webster, TX, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead community sales, drive occupancy, and maximize revenue through relationship-building, tours, and strategic outreach.

You will develop referral networks, manage inquiries, conduct personalized tours, and collaborate with executives to align marketing and pricing strategies, while delivering a compassionate, resident-centered sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in senior living, healthcare, or related field.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and occupancy goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute all facets of the company’s Sales Playbook, including discovery, tours, follow-up, objections, and closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly move-in and revenue goals by advancing leads through the sales process.
• Build, nurture, and maintain referral networks through external outreach and business development.
• Manage inquiries from all lead sources with timely responses and follow-up.
• Conduct personalized tours and discovery meetings with prospective residents and families.
• Maintain CRM data to track leads, activity, and conversions.
