The Addison of Port Orange, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive occupancy and build lasting relationships with residents and families in Port Orange, FL. The Addison of Port Orange serves approximately 62 residents.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or equivalent state experience

Responsibilities

• Supports Executive Director to increase occupancy and revenue and maintain a waiting list for available apartments.
• Keeps updated about operational data and responds effectively to lead inquiries.
• Achieves community sales objectives and move-in goals as identified by leadership; meets census targets.
• Develops and implements quarterly marketing plans for the community.
• Advises solutions matching prospective residents’ needs and negotiates mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Works with Community Managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure a smooth move-in process.
