The candidate should bring prior sales or marketing experience and strong technology skills to manage CRM data, reports, and outreach effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Proven technology skills.
• Experience with long sales cycles (12–18 months) is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales meetings, and group sales.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages and events.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that generate revenue.
• Conduct follow-up, follow-thru activities, and retention programs.
• Manage the CRM database information and reports.
• Assume a leadership role in pre- and post-reservation sales processes.
