Job summary

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak is a premier luxury senior living community in Scottsdale, AZ seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Directors and manage leads from inquiry to admission. The role emphasizes customer service, administrative tasks, and coordination of events within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of related experience and a high school diploma, with First Aid certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience in senior living, hospitality or sales preferred.
• First Aid certification a plus.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Directors with managing all leads and following up with prospects.
• Tour prospects and enter information into the lead management system.
• Prepare admission paperwork and community collateral.
• Assist with event preparation and sales department tasks.
• Report move-ins/move-outs and transfers to staff as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold company policies.
