Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on handling inquiries, conducting tours, guiding prospective residents, and coordinating move-ins to achieve occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet targets. A criminal background check and drug test are required. Competitive wage and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on phone-based or in-person sales.
• Strong ability and desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls to leads, and focus on securing deposits to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct engaging community tours, showcasing amenities and addressing prospective residents' questions.
• Guide potential residents and their families through the decision-making process, providing support and clarity on all options.
• Coordinate all aspects of the move-in process, including scheduling, paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups with prospective residents.
• Consistently achieve sales goals with excellent performance and results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local professionals.
• Plan and execute quarterly marketing strategies.
