Job summary

The Village at Germantown is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide exceptional nursing care and clinical leadership within our senior living community. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care, administer medications, and respond to changes in resident conditions to ensure safe, respectful, and individualized care.

The ideal candidate will hold a Tennessee RN license (or multistate), an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, and at least two years of RN and long-term

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee or multi-state license.
• At least 2 years of RN experience.
• At least 2 years in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and provide direction.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide direct nursing care.
• Coordinate and monitor resident care plans, medications, and daily needs.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and on time.
• Participate in new resident admissions and health assessments.
• Maintain resident records and ensure regulatory compliance.
