Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is hiring an RN to ensure high-quality nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. The role includes supervising nursing staff during shifts, coordinating with physicians, and adhering to state regulations.

Formación

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an RN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care.
• Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in line with standards and regulations.
• Work within the state Nurse Practice Act scope of practice.
• Oversee resident care and direction of nursing staff during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and education, and collaboration with physicians.
