Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Linden Ponds in Hingham, MA. The RN supports residents’ health and well-being by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and care staff, focusing on compassionate, person-centered care.

The role requires a valid RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Competitive hourly pay with evening/night and weekend differentials is provided, along with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months RN experience.
Experience caring for seniors; cognitive impairment preferred.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and web apps.
Experience with an electronic medical record preferred.
Active RN license in the practicing state.
CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
Perform clinical duties per state nursing act and standards.
Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions and self-care.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing tasks.
Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
Develop holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Document preferences in the EMR accurately and timely.
Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
