Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an RN to promote, restore and maintain residents’ health through collaboration with providers and the care team.

The role requires active RN license in MA, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience with seniors. You will perform clinical duties, document care, and support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience, preferably with seniors.
• Active RN license in Massachusetts and CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties in accordance with nursing standards and state act.
• Promote residents' independence by setting care goals and educating family members.
• Monitor changes in resident status and respond to patient needs.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
• Develop and coordinate holistic plans of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR and participate in care conferences.
