Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Hingham, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care.

You will work with the clinical team to address residents' needs, assist with activities of daily living, and implement care plans. Minimum 1 year CNA experience preferred; MA CNA certification required; CPR preferred. Competitive hourly pay $19.50–$27.00 plus shift differentials, with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.
