Kennybrook Village in Grimes, IA is seeking a dedicated RN to join our boutique, 5-star senior living community. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, coordinate with families and physicians, and uphold safety and infection control standards in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific) required.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and medical staff.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents according to acuity and requirements.
• Make daily rounds to assess resident condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies to ensure resident safety.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines.
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
• Assess and respond to changes in resident condition; coordinate with physicians.
