Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living in Keizer, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our senior living community. You will assess residents, develop quality service plans, monitor health, and guide staff on care procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will act as a liaison with families and the community, maintain health records, and uphold our commitment to resident well-being and staff support. A RN license and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license is required.
• At least 1 year of licensed RN experience, preferably in community-based care.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles for competent care.
• Ability to assess health problems and respond appropriately.
• Ability to communicate care effectively, in writing and verbally.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Follow state guidelines for medication management and care.
• Follow state regulations and company policies.
• English language required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments to promote residents' health and well-being.
• Develop personalized quality service plans.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to health changes.
• Educate and guide staff on care procedures and best practices.
• Act as liaison between residents, families, and the community.
