Qualifications

• Have current Registered Nurse License.
• 1-year experience as a licensed registered nurse, preferably in a community-based care setting.
• Knowledge of basic principles to provide competent nursing care.
• Ability to assess health problems and respond accordingly.
• Excellent written and oral communication of care.
• Ability to relate to diverse backgrounds.
• Follow state guidelines for medication management and community care.
• Follow state regulations and company policies; English language required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments to promote residents' health and well-being.
• Develop personalized quality service plans.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to health changes.
• Educate and guide staff on care procedures and best practices.
• Act as liaison between residents, families, and the community.
• Maintain compliance with state guidelines and company policies.
• Keep accurate health records.
