Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Fox Hollow in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to lead daily resident care operations in our assisted living community. The RCC oversees scheduling, coaching, and performance development of care staff while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in senior living, CNA/LPN/Medication Technician credentials, and a passion for resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living leadership preferred.
• CNA, Medication Technician, LPN, or related healthcare experience preferred depending on state requirements.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of resident care services within the community.
• Assist with scheduling, supervision, and support of caregiving staff.
• Monitor quality of care and resident wellbeing.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development of care associates.
• Partner with the Health & Wellness Director to maintain compliance with community policies and state regulations.
• Communicate resident needs and condition changes appropriately.
• Assist with care coordination and implementation of resident care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented, and resident-focused culture.
