Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Rehab Director (Licensed OT/PT/SLP/OTA/COTA) for a full-time role in Florida. You will lead the rehab department, supervise staff, coordinate therapy programs, and drive clinical outcomes in a senior living environment.

The position requires 3–5 years in LTC or senior living, a valid state license, and a degree in PT/OT/SLP. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a not-for-profit

Qualifications

Clinical background with appropriate licensure.
3–5 years’ experience in long-term care or senior living.
Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
Licensed and registered in the state where assigned.

Responsibilities

Oversee internal marketing to build relationships with staff and residents.
Manage site productivity and adjust to meet budget.
Maintain a caseload to support the rehab department’s standards.
Assess patient needs and develop clinical programs for the facility census.
Direct and train staff in clinical service delivery across disciplines.
Coordinate rehab department daily with facility staff to plan therapy programming.
Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and share results with the customer.
Manage staff schedules to meet caseload requirements and use scheduling tools.
Ensure proper signature workflow on therapy plans and related documents.
Foster open communication among rehab staff, facility staff, and Legacy corporate personnel.
