Oakmont Management Group seeks a Regional Maintenance Specialist based in Denver, Colorado, with up to 95% travel to communities in Southern California. This role will act as Maintenance Director in his/her absence and oversee maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping to ensure safe and welcoming properties.

The ideal candidate has a strong residential maintenance background and supervisory experience, with knowledge of budgeting and preventive maintenance software.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in residential maintenance/housekeeping.
• Knowledge of building construction, budgeting, and preventive maintenance software.
• At least one year supervising and managing employees.

Mansioni

• Serve as Maintenance Director in the absence of the community's Maintenance Director.
• Plan, organize, develop, perform and direct maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the physical plant.
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable properties.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, motivate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff; make recommendations to Executive Director.
