Job summary

Parker Health Group, Inc. is seeking a Recreation Coordinator for Monroe Township, NJ. The role supports residents with activities that promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being in a warm, homelike setting.

Shifts run 8:00am-4:00pm with every other weekend. Responsibilities include providing tailored programs and helping residents enjoy the highest possible quality of life while contributing to a compassionate team culture.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation or related field preferred.
• ADC certification within 1 year.
• Minimum two years’ experience in long term care and/or dementia care preferred.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required within six months of employment.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

• Provide activities of a physical, mental and spiritual nature tailored to individual abilities, needs and desires to enable the highest quality of life.
