Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Highland Path in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet residents and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The schedule includes Fridays 8:30am–5:00pm and every other weekend 10:00am–4:00pm, with holiday rotation and reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3–12 months in a receptionist role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 3–12 months experience as a receptionist desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with office equipment (multiline phones, copy machines, postage meters, fax etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and public relations for quality care and services to customers.
• Answer and transfer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Serve as an information resource and perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned.
