Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Professional, friendly, and service-focused demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic typing skills (approximately 30-35 wpm).
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or customer-facing service roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; direct calls as needed.
• Provide clear directions and general information to visitors and guests.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments.
• Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Demonstrate strong customer service to support a positive community experience.
