Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Receptionist for our Springfield community. The role covers front desk duties, greeting visitors, answered calls, and providing administrative support to teams to ensure a warm, organized welcome for residents and families.

We value compassionate, reliable individuals with a high school diploma and customer service experience. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including 2nd shift or NOC, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience as a receptionist preferred.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.

• Greeting all visitors.
• Answering the telephone.
• Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Providing administrative support to all departments on a as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

• A High School diploma or GED
• Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred)
• A Minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.
