Relient Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a Senior Living Community in Columbus, OH. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a supportive therapy team, and opportunities to help residents regain independence.
New graduates are welcome, with mentorship, modern equipment, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and licensure assistance. Some roles may include sign-on or relocation support.
Formación
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current OH license (or eligible to obtain).
- New grads welcome and supported in a Senior Living setting.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsabilidades
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
