Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our full-time team in Columbus, OH. You will provide PT services under a supervising PT in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PTA license in the practicing state.

• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for eval/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders as needed.
