Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitative care team. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, assist with rehabilitative services for residents, and collaborate with a coordinated care plan to improve quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents.
• Mentorship and hands-on experience utilizing innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments.
