Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a team focused on improving the lives of senior residents. You will provide rehabilitative services under medical orders with private sessions, and collaborate to plan and adjust treatment programs based on clinical findings.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one on one with private sessions and individualized attention.
• Individualize treatment sessions for each patient.
