Trilogy Health Services seeks a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of PT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ function. Qualificações

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active PT license in Indiana.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and strategies for condition management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, treatment plans and outcomes per policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
