Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our campus team. You’ll provide resident-centered therapy across inpatient and outpatient services, implementing personal care plans with a holistic approach while supporting residents’ goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, documentation for regulatory compliance, and delivering compassionate care to older adults on our beautiful 130-acre campus in Pompton Plains, NJ.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current Physical Therapy license.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Job Overview

This is a Per Diem Role. Come join our amazing team at Cedar Crest! We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. We offer inpatient, outpatient and so many more services at our gorgeous campus. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging. Our communities offer levels of care and include specialty programs such as: urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, movement disorders and low vision. All of our clients live within our community, which means no additional travel!

Compensation

$55/HR

What we require

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.
