Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site team. You’ll evaluate residents and deliver personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings on a single campus.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to maintain mobility and quality of life.
