Job summary

LSSI is seeking a full-time Property Manager for Our Saviors in Dolton, IL. The role oversees daily operations of a senior apartment building serving older adults and/or disabled residents, ensuring HUD compliance and resident satisfaction.

The position involves supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring occupancy standards while maintaining a positive and respectful environment for residents and families. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, holidays, and 403(b).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate degree with 1–2 years of management experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and grounds for safety, security, and sanitation.
• Manage rent collection, certification, and HUD/LSSI policies.
• Prepare and submit reports timely and accurately.
• Work with residents, families, and the community.
• Supervise, train, support, review, and evaluate assigned staff.
• Demonstrate professional, respectful conduct in all interactions.
