Job summary

PARIC is seeking a Project Manager for our Living sector to deliver high-end senior living facilities. The role starts in Dallas, TX, with eventual local assignments in St. Louis, MO, requiring strong leadership and client focus.

The ideal candidate will have a civil/Construction background, 10+ years in institutional or multi-family projects, and proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and contracts while maintaining safety and quality. Join a values-driven team delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience in Institutional/Industrial/Special Projects or Multi-Family.
• 3 years of managerial and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry best practices, schedules, budgets, costs, and contract management.
• Ability to multi-task with proactive problem-solving and leadership in a complex project environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer Critical Success Factors
• Prepare preconstruction schedule
• Assist Preconstruction Manager/Estimator with and review Value Engineering process
• Prepare preliminary project schedule with the Preconstruction Manager and Superintendent
• Review estimating activities with a focus on general conditions
• Assist in contract negotiations and finalize customer contract
• Lead kick-off meeting and establish project financial and schedule baselines
• Develop site logistics plan and manage project budget
• Establish invoicing format and procedures with Customer and Paric staff
• Ensure all submittals and RFIs are reviewed and submitted
• Attend weekly subcontract and owner jobsite meetings
• Maintain face-to-face communication with customer and nurture relationship
• Oversee change orders and ensure project budget integrity
• Provide monthly cash flow estimates and close-out activities
• Schedule project final review and post-completion reviews
• Participate in community organizations and events
• Meet annual operational goals
