Job summary

PARIC, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects in the St. Louis area.

You will oversee hospitals, medical office buildings, outpatient clinics and renovations from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering or construction management background and extensive experience managing large-scale, regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare construction projects including hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinics.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer Critical Success Factors
• Prepare preconstruction schedule with PM and SI
• Review estimating activities and participate as needed
• Lead kick-off meeting and establish project financial and schedule baselines
• Develop site logistics plan and manage project budget
• Attend weekly jobsite meetings and maintain customer relationships
• Ensure submittals and RFIs are processed timely
• Oversee project close-out activities and final reviews
