Job summary

Celebration Village Forsyth is seeking an experienced leader to direct all assisted living programs and oversee coordination with nursing services. You will manage budgets, ensure compliant processes, and maintain individual resident care plans in partnership with licensed staff and the Wellness Director.

The role focuses on staff leadership, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement of resident care, while maintaining HIPAA standards and fostering a supportive, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Self-Starter; motivated to perform without outside help.
• Must have 3–5 years in Assisted Living/Senior Living.
• High School or better education is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct all assisted living programs.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure departments stay within budget.
• Maintain resident care plans and coordinate with nursing services.
• Oversee medication management and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director and discharge planners for safe transitions.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure licensing and training compliance.
