The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents in a luxury senior living community. You will clean common areas, assist with housekeeping coordination, and support the team in delivering high-quality hospitality every day.

Ideal candidates are reliable, friendly, and able to communicate in English, with prior cleaning experience in hospitality or healthcare settings preferred.

Formación

• An upbeat, friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, supervisors, guests, residents and management.
• Be consistent, reliable and thorough with all cleaning practices.
• Must excel in providing cleaning services in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing cleaning services in the restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality or similar industry is a plus.
• Prior experience working with a senior population is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Clean assigned common areas of the community in accordance with the guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, the parking lot, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors and all other public areas.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping when and where needed.
• Special cleaning projects and assistance with snow removal as necessary may be required.
• The loving care, attention to detail and great customer service you bring to your responsibilities as a Porter are fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.
