Experience Senior Living LLC. seeks a reliable Porter to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role covers common-area cleaning, light maintenance, and assisting with hospitality and care standards.

Responsibilities include supporting room turnover, event setup, and promptly addressing facility-related needs, while adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols. Background check and drug screening are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, restrooms, activity rooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and trash removal.
• Assist with room turnover and light maintenance (minor repairs, painting, furniture assembly).
• Respond to resident and staff requests for facility-related needs promptly.
• Monitor and report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support setup and breakdown of events and activities within the community.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies; request replenishment as needed.
